Headline Sessions Ticket Terms & Conditions

Purchasing tickets:  Tickets need to be purchased to gain entry to the event. Some tickets are age restricted, please ensure you have the right ticket for entry. There will be a booking fee per ticket and possible transaction fees. These fees are non-refundable. Tickets are for personal use only and may only be resold via our official partner: TIXEL. Transfers are not allowed unless agreed in writing by LGB. If you breach this, LGB may cancel the tickets without prior notification, refund, compensation or liability. If you order or buy more tickets than the maximum permitted per person, card or household, we may cancel all of the order or purchase. You will be refunded the ticket price and any supplementary fees you have paid. To prevent fraud, and to protect LGB and yourself, we may carry out checks and you may be asked to provide additional information after your booking so we can verify your purchase. If we suspect fraud, we may cancel any order or tickets without refund. You must inform LGB of any change of contact details, both before and after receipt of the tickets. Our preferred method to contact you is by email. A ticket order is not complete until accepted by us. We try to ensure all prices are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of tickets you have purchased, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery and collection: Your e-ticket will show your full name and ticket number(s). It will need to be printed out or visible on a smartphone, and brought with you, along with ID, to the LGB box office during advised opening hours where it will be replaced with wristband(s). The box office will be open from 10.00 – 16.00 two days prior to the event and 10.00 – 21.00 on the day of the event. Please check your tickets upon receipt and advise us promptly of any errors. Mistakes made when ordering cannot always be corrected, and any corrections are discretionary.

Cancellation rights and refunds: All Tickets and associated booking fees and charges are non-refundable. If for any reason the event is postponed, tickets will be validated for the new event date and will not be refunded. If the event is cancelled, your tickets will be validated for another event within the next 24 months to the same value of the face value of the ticket. The organiser withholds the right to edit and change any aspect of the event at any time and the event tickets will remain non-refundable. Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded once purchased other than for the reasons set out in these terms and conditions. If the e-tickets have been accidentally sent to an email address different to the one you specified, and you tell us within one week of the event date, you will be refunded the ticket price and any supplementary fees you have paid, however replacement e-tickets will not be provided. No duplicate tickets will be issued or refunded to replace tickets that have been lost or stolen after they have been delivered to you. You should always check that an event is going ahead. If LGB cancels an event, or makes significant changes, we will try to inform you. LGB cannot guarantee to inform you of any change or cancellation of any event or be held responsible for refunds or for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation, related goods, service, or other compensation. No refunds will be offered under any circumstances if you fail to comply with all the terms and conditions applicable to tickets, the venue or the event.

Privacy: If you do not wish to receive further marketing material from LGB please make sure you make the correct selections when purchasing your e-tickets. We will always respect your privacy and we will always comply with the UK data protection act.
