TRAINING CENTRE TERMS

Payment
Please make all cheques payable to CORNWALL COLLEGE ACTIVITIES.

Full course fees must be made at the time of booking. Where alternative invoicing arrangements have been made, fees will be payable promptly within seven days of training or incur a 2.5% charge.

Full payment of course fees will be made for any delegates not present at the commencement of the training course. Delegate substitutions may be made providing The Training Centre are advised prior to the commencement of the course.

Course fees (except where otherwise stated) are inclusive of course materials, assessment fees. Lunches or beverages are not provided.

Cancellation
No refunds will be given for courses cancelled up to seven working days prior to the commencement of the course. Other cancellations will receive a full refund less a £25 administration fee.

A minimum number of candidates is required to run the course. The Training Centre reserves the right to cancel courses due to non-viability or as a result of operational requirements. In these cases a full refund of all booking fees will be made or a suitable alternative offered.
