LUSTY GLAZE ACCOMMODATION TERMS

A deposit of £100 per property per week is required to secure your booking.

Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you confirmation of your booking and reservation form for you to complete and return. The person signing the reservation form has the responsibility to accept all of the conditions on behalf of all members of the party.

The balance of the total cost of the holiday is due one month prior to arrival. However, if the initial booking is within 28 days of the holiday, full payment will be required at the time of booking. Payment is accepted by cheque, bankers draft or credit/debit card. Upon receipt of the balance further details will be sent to you together with a car parking pass which must be bought with you and displayed in your car windscreen.

Cancellations can only be accepted in writing and will result in the loss of the deposit and unless the accommodation is re-let we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total cost of the holiday. In the event of a cancellation a £10 administration fee will be charged. (For your own peace of mind, we would advise you to take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance.)

Your property will be available for you to check in from 2pm on the day of arrival. If you will be arriving after 5pm, please notify the office so that alternative arrangements can be made for you to collect your key. On departure day, you should vacate by 10am at the latest. We reserve the right to charge £10 per hour for late checkouts.

We request a £50 cheque from you (to be given to our Adventure Centre on arrival) and made payable to ‘Lusty Glaze Beach’ which will be held by us in lieu of any loss or damage to the property. This is returnable after your departure once inspection and cleaning of the Property has been carried out. Please ensure that the accommodation is left in a clean and tidy condition. All beds must be stripped.

In certain circumstances we may need to enter the property in order to carry out maintenance work, housekeeping, repairs etc and access must be allowed at all times.

Cars can be parked in the car park at the top of the cliff. The car park is managed by an independent company and does not belong to Lusty Glaze Beach. Please note that your car will be clamped if the car park pass issued has not been displayed in a prominent position in your car windscreen at all times. Cars are parked at the owner’s risk.

Dogs are not permitted to stay in the accommodation.

We respectfully request that the behaviour of our guest should not be excessively rowdy or disruptive. Offensive or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated and a guest could be asked to leave the accommodation without refund should such behaviour occur.

We respectfully request that you refrain from smoking inside the properties.

We accept no responsibility for any accident, loss or damage to your own personal belongings, unless loss etc is demonstrably due to our negligence.

The maximum number of occupants in each property shall not exceed six, unless by prior arrangement with the management.

Bookings are accepted for a minimum of seven nights, Saturday to Saturday throughout the summer months. Long weekend breaks are accepted during the low season and at the management’s discretion for a minimum of two nights stay.

Failure to comply with any of the booking conditions may result in the party being asked to leave. In these circumstances, no refund will be issued.

Children must be supervised at all times. Please make your children aware of the dangers of the sea.

Bookings are accepted from families and couples only. We are unable to accept single sex groups. Mixed group bookings may be accepted at the management’s discretion.
