Cream of British Surfing in Photo Shoot at Lusty Glaze

Pro surfers at Lusty GlazeFive of the most talented surfers in the country dropped into Lusty Glaze Beach in Newquay recently for a photo shoot for a national newspaper.

The professional surfers were being photographed for a major feature in the Mail on Sunday lifestyle magazine, due out in June.

The dream team selected for this feature were five of the best surfers this country has ever produced – Newquay residents Russell Winter, Alan Stokes and Micah Lester, plus Bude’s Joss Ash and Nathan Phillips from Wales.

The Mail on Sunday selected Lusty Glaze as a location for the ‘surfers’ photo shoot because of the fabulous scenery at the privately owned surfing beach in Britain’s surf capital.

Nick Webb, marketing manager for Lusty Glaze, said: “It was awesome to see these inspirational surfers down here on the beach. I can’t wait to see the story in the Mail on Sunday - it will provide fantastic publicity for Cornish surfing and for Newquay as a premier lifestyle travel destination.”
