Lusty Glaze Beach Live Music Events 2013

Lusty Glaze Beach is developing a reputation as an amazing live music venue. The natural amphitheater of this horseshoe shaped cove surrounded by high cliffs makes a truly remarkable concert venue. Bands and musicians love performing at what is perhaps one of the most beautiful live gig venues in the country. There is a unique atmosphere here which makes for a memorable musical performance for audience and performers.

News just in – Show Of Hands to play Midsummer Sundowner Session on the 21st of June!  See below…

Lusty Glaze is ecstatic to announce that the band that blew us all away in 2011 is back! REEF will be playing on 30th May supported by Jonny Fenner and his band the Jeremiahs. We are also over the moon that Mercury Prize nominee and folk legend Seth Lakeman will be playing on 2nd June.

30th May – REEF

The band that blew us all away in 2011 with their brand of surf-rock are back on the beach. On 30th May at 18.30, the gates will open to what promises to be another spectacular performance. With support from Jonny Fenner and his band The Jeremiahs as well as a surprise act, we are in for a sandy treat!

2011 Reef at Lusty review:

“It was great to see this awesome band as tight as ever, sure Reef are not the young upstarts they were, but 15 years down the road they are lean and in fighting weight with a muscular, punchy sound that I think most bands today would give their left knackers to try and get close to. A good few bands are coming through Cornwall these days what with the Boardmasters and SAS BAll (Seasick Steve, Example, Xavier Rudd, Kooks) but a night with Reef left me feeling that we’ve slowly been settling for less over the years….”
