The natural horseshoe shaped cove of Lusty Glaze creates an amazing adventure playground on the Cornish coast. With the sea right on its doorstep, the centre has access to some of the best surfing waves in Britain. Lusty Glaze picks up most swell, yet is sufficiently sheltered from strong winds to produce quality left and right-handers that peal off the sandbars right in front of the Centre. But the water action doesn't stop there. Easy access to the sea opens up a whole range of opportunities for marine adventure and exploration of the pristine natural environment of the Cornish coast.

Around the beach, a series of wires, ropes, pulleys and harnesses have been set up around the cliffs to test the nerves and get the adrenalin pumping. The Adventure Centre has things to climb, walk across and dangle from. There is also a hair-raising way to fly from cliff to cliff above the beach. So while others are busy admiring the view, visitors can enjoy series of mind-blowing experiences on the rugged cliffs.

The Training Centre and The Education Centre have two purpose built classrooms for group learning, equipped with first aid apparatus, technical rescue kit and equipment for multimedia presentation and education.
